MSME stands for micro, small and medium enterprises and any enterprise that falls under any of these three categories. MSME enterprises are the backbone of any economy and are an engine of economic growth, promoting equitable development for all. Therefore, to support and promote MSMEs, the Government of India through various subsidies, schemes and incentives promote MSMEs through the MSMED Act. To avail the benefits under the MSMED Act from Central or State Government and the Banking Sector, MSME Registration is required.

Benefits of MSME Registration

  • MSME are those enterprise businesses
    1) In manufacturing sector with less than Rs.10 crores of investment in plant & machinery.
    2) In service sector with less than Rs.5 cores of investment in plant & machinery.
  • Micro Enterprise are those enterprise business:
    1) In manufacturing sector with less than Rs. 25 lakhs of investment in plant & machinery.
    2) In service sector with less with less than Rs. 10 lakhs of investment in plant & machinery.
  • Small Enterprise are those enterprise businesses:
    1) In manufacturing sector with minimum Rs. 25 lakhs and maximum of Rs. 5 crores investment in plant & machinery.
    2) In service sector with less with less than minimum Rs. 10 lakhs and maximum of Rs. 2 crores in plant & machinery.
  • Medium Enterprise are those enterprise businesses:
    1) In manufacturing sector with minimum Rs. 5 crores and maximum of Rs. 10 crores investment in plant & machinery.
    2) In service sector with less with less than minimum Rs. 2 crores and maximum of Rs. 5 crores in plant & machinery.

Registration Process For MSME Are As Follows:

  • Information Document Collection
    You give us your PAN card or identity and address proofs, owners/partners/directors details, food item list and other documents.
  • Prepare online Application for submission
    Preparing online application and submitting the form with the issuing authority, that is State Labour Department. The entire process will be done by our professionals so, that you enjoy a great work in your office or home.
  • Registration Approval
    The Registration Certificate will reach you with 10-15 days.
